Do you buy things and never use them?

I have a huge problem buying notebooks, books, pens, office supplies and never use them.
My big one is majorly notebooks my mom gets sooo mad that I buy notebooks because all I do is write on the first page with the my new shiny pen because I HAVE to have a new pen when I get a new notebook and don't touch it after wards.

I ,no lie, have more then 12 notebooks that are not even written on. Some are big  jumbo journals, small little note taking ones regular ones, and all these pens to go with them!
But the reason I think I don't write on them is because I don't want to write something on it and be a complete waste of paper! Oh but I now have found a good use for one of the little ones. My little doodles that I draw or get from other people, ones that are too small to keep the whole sheet of paper, I cut them out and paste them to the pages.

So do you have some weird compulsive thing you must buy?

Oh by the way I have been exercising restraint, I have for the past month gone to the store looked at them and not bought any new notebooks nor pens! YAY me!!

Clothes - I've bought some clothes and never worn them. As far as notebooks and paper (any kind of paper) I will write on every inch of it. Sometimes I have to spin the paper all the way around in a circle to see all the things I've written on it.

Write - always write. Write what you like and don't like. Write what you see and what you would like to see. Write who you are and who you will become. Write who they are, why you like them, and why you don't like them - write. Writing is never a waste of time; eventually it will help you to see the world with clearer eyes. Love your drawings.
lol Thanks for the advice!! That's actually really great way of seeing it!!

Yay you! LOL.

I'm chuckling Viviana because I'm that way with Post-it notes. I can't resist a fresh new pile of them. Once they've been kicking around my desk awhile and start to get grubby I don't like them anymore LOL. And I HAVE to have them all in a nice neat vertical tower or they annoy me, which is a challenge given my untidy nature. :)

Don't try to get me to buy plain ole yellow ones either, oh no. I want psychedelic neon.
O My Gosh me too!! I crave so much to buy post its!!! The colors just dazzle me!!! Hahaha!!
I see them and i'm O.O must have post its...!!!!
But I stop myself alot!! Because my sister or mom are like "why do you need them for" and I cant argue that I do need them because I don't!! lol

I have a drawer bulging with new tea towels. The kind you use for drying dishes. I keep buying them because they don't take long to lose their nice new look and I hate grimy looking tea towels. Even if they've been washed and are clean, they can still look drab and washed out. When I see them in the store I think "I'll get a couple of new ones." I can't help myself LOL.
Girls, you need help. Seriously. My tea towel compulsion is way less worrisome than your Post-it obsession. I'm telling myself that anyway! LOL. Just kidding.

Dollar General has Post-its on sale this week. I saw it in a brochure for there and laughed out loud when I read this. Don't blame me if this feeds your addiction to colored paper!! :)

Aaron, I've bought clothes I've never worn too. My excuse is 1) I'm on an eternal diet and 2) I'm cheap and can't resist a bargain. Point me to a clearance rack and even if it's a size or two smaller than I wear, I'll buy it because one day I'll slim into it. No I really will! I hope. :)

This is so funny. I once had all these unused notebooks but wrote on copy paper? Don't ask me why? One day my mom told me, "You know, a notebook will survive longer then a piece of paper." So I started using my notebooks and discovered another plus, I hardly misplace my notes anymore. I just have to be sure to always have a notebook handy or copy paper becomes my notepaper once again.
