Authors, Writers, Publishers, and Book Readers
How did you find this website?
Ijust got randomly curious. I found this website because I love to write and I hoped that I could find a website to help me with it. Of coarse this is author heaven and I would never accuse it of being unworthy of popularity, I was just wondering how others found this site. If a friend recommended it, then how did they find it? If you notice the facebook and twitter signs to the right, did you find an add for it on those sites?

Now that I think about it, I can't recall how I got here! I know so many people that are writers and/or involved in the writing world in some way. One of them must have pointed me in this direction. I like to surf the net and wander from place to place so much it's not easy for me to backtrack. I'm glad I bookmarked it when I did though. :)

I don't remember either....I think i was surfing as well, I was looking for online stories to read, if im right. oh well even though we are not all on at the same time I enjoy it very much. Since my sister moved I don't really have any one to talk literal like since everyone is off to out of town colleges. I'm glad I found you all.

Viviana, my family's all over the world so I know what that's like. I do almost all my chatting online now. We're in so many different time zones it's hard to keep up. :) At times I miss meeting up for a chat face to face but it doesn't usually bother me. Thank goodness for the net!

Well I was doing some writing, as usual, and I was on this website called Seventh Sanctum, which is a Generator Site that I use when I can't think of names for Characters. I was reading an article on the site about this other site The Cuckleburr Times. I decided I'd check it out, signed up and started posting some bits and pieces of my work onto it.
She emailed me, saying something about what I had posted, I don't remember exactly what she said, but we've been in touch over emails since. Then one day she sent me an email telling me about Authors.com so I decided I'd check it out and here I am... In a sense, she's like... an Editor and a Publisher to me, lol.
