The screen name part is your handle on a MB (message board) you go to. That's how I understood that part. They're asking if you use any forums, like this one for example, if you could let them know where you go and what your handle is there. You don't have to add that if you don't want to. I didn't.
I would guess that Tor Books just want to check out other forums to offer them giveaways to host too. That's an easy way to find some since people that like these kinds of books probably go to forums that are about them or similar MB's. Make sense?
