TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

I believe that on uploading your photo, it would be more effective to place an extra save function immediately after the photo file appears. Then after entering other information it can be saved with the present save function. I see several photo areas without pictures. This could be the reason unless the authors don't want their pic's shown. I had a problem with this when I first came on this site. And it appears some others may have had the same experience.

I don't know who the programer is, but this is a suggestion that I believe will prove to be beneficial.

I think it's always good to share feedback, Trudy. If nothing else, at least anyone else that runs into the same kind of issues know they are not the only ones! There's also a Report an Issue option at the foot of the page. I think they would get that quicker than see a forum post.

Thanks Kay: I always seem to find out how to do some things after asking about it. I sent this notice to "Report an issue" a few days ago. I haven't heard from anyone besides you. Thank you. I see that you seem to keep up with issues as this and you have been very helpful. That is what this author site is about. . . we all could try to be of assistance in things we know to do. Thanks again.

You're very welcome, Trudy. I try do the best I can to help out. Occasionally I'm worse than useless though LOL. I'm surprised you didn't get anything back yet because normally they are very fast and courteous with their responses. I only know some of this stuff because I did that very thing and reported it. I'm sure they'll respond soon. :)
