Mine hangs on my every word, applauds every sentence and wants to employ me as their personal scribe for a very large sum of money for now until the day I die. Hey, a girl can dream can't she? :)

Wow, I never really thought of that. Well, it'd probably be a girl about my age, and she will have read all my books before I became famous when I was still just a budding author. When she reads my books, I hope that they are well enough written so that she can visualize herself in the place of the character, and that's just what she does. She doesn't just read my books, she feeds on them, as if every word feeds her body, (I know it sounds weird, but I once had a similar experience where I ate breakfast, started reading a book, and went to bed without ever eating another bite, but when I woke up I was starving.) And while reading the book she analyzes every word to find there meaning. She feels like she can never put it down, and when the book ends, she feels hollow. (Not that I want anyone to be upset, but that is a true sign that you love a book, and we've all had it.) If I could have a fan like that, then I would be the ultimate author.

My favourite fan? Everyone who enjoys reading my books? Is that too many? Why limit ourselves to one though...

Grumphspawn... A wizard without peer, a totally triumphant Troll tongue tingler, A grumpybum and a real friend to my children. (outside my imagination he is a troll figurine that lives on top of one of my bookcases). Pity he cant pay to keep me in the art I so richly deserve... not directly at least.
