How do i find a reliable publisher who wouldn't cost me arm and leg?

I am new to this and am trying to find my way round about what you all are doing here. help, publishers from across the globe.

Purchase a Writeer's Market and look through the small publishers. You should not have to pay for your gift but be paid for.
