Learn the etiquette and how to approach bloggers to enlist their help in promoting your book. This is also relevant to online magazines like mine. The way you go about it makes all the difference as to whether they warm to you or not. Most of all, read their submission guidelines and follow them to the letter. There will be a link somewhere on their page that says Submit Your Work, Call for Submissions, or something similar. Expect to wait a while for the very good ones as they will already have many requests in the pipeline.
