Hi David, many thanks for your response to my posting. I was asked to pass on the details. I'm glad to have helped and I hope you are luck with your submission. i sent in three. Who knows what an editor might pick.( I guess I'll never win the lotter if I never enter). To take the step of submitting means a better chance of being selected.

Your effects of Combat Stress must have been something. Six years is a long time. If poetry helps in any way then you must be glad. You also have poems to show for your efforts. And that's good. Did anybody suggest meditation to you? It is a useful too and like a piece of paper an a pencil you can travel anywhere with it.
