Thank you for this..., it's nice not to feel alone. I too am fighting against the discouragement of slow book sales when all I've recieved are rave reviews from those that have read my novel. One thing I did do, that I'm hoping will help, was to change my origional cover to something more appealing to my target audience, young adults. I'm hoping this will entice them to pick it up. Best of luck. :)

Thank you for reading and commenting.  I also read an article that said after 8 to 9 months of flooding the web world with your books name, blogs and having 6 or 7 profiles (FB, Authors.com, LinkIn) some writers have had a jump in sales.  The more people buy your book the quicker it comes up on searches.  I guess at one point it takes off, maybe I'm dreaming.

Me, I think I have to do a u-tube commerical for my book with my skate boarding 14 year old son,  If you get the chance look me up at amazon. I have an author's page with my first attempt at video on it.

Keep writing

I noticed where you communicated that you paid $10 to publish one book, where did you get it published? I would like to publish mine
