I was born in London, where I still live even though I hate city life. I am the author of Age of Dreams, a coming of age drama set in the 1980s, and Frozen In Time, the first book in a historical fantasy series set in ancient Greece. I also sing and write songs, and do a little animal healing. I love animals, especially cats and I'm an animal advocate.

My memoir The Cat Years: How my cat soulmates saved me has just been released on kindle.
