Authors, Writers, Publishers, and Book Readers
Now, to introduce myself.
I am the author of three sweet Regency novels, Monday’s Child (to be published in spring 2016), Sunday’s Child and False Pretences, and three novels set in Queen Anne Stuart’s reign, 1702-1714, Tangled Love, Far Beyond Rubies and The Captain and The Countess.
At the moment, I am writing Tuesday’s Child a stand-alone, follow on Regency novel from Monday’s Child, and recently finished the revision of a mediaeval novel set in the reign of Edward II of England.
I chose these periods because each of them affected the course of history. Had Edward II won the Battle of Banockburn the history of England and Scotland would have been changed. If the Duke of Marlborough had not won The War of Spanish Succession, and The Duke of Wellington had not won the battle at Waterloo, the history of Britain and Europe would have been different, and defeat would have affected the rest of the world.
To research, I read non-fiction, (my bookcases are so crammed that if I buy a book I must consider getting rid of one to make space), and I visit museums & other places of historical interest.
My e-books published by MuseItUpPublishing are available from https://museituppublishing.com/bookstore, www.amazon.com, www.amazon.co.uk, ibooks, Nook and other reputable vendors.
You can read the first three chapters of my novels and view the book trailers on my website www.rosemarymorris.co.uk.
