I have had the chance to interview C.P. White before and was looking forward to interviewing him today. He did not disappoint; the interview was fresh, fun and a blast as I had hoped. Here is the link to today’s show:

Okay let’s get to the novel we discussed shall we:

I enjoy this type of work. Yes, me the guy that likes the car explosions and murder mysteries can and does groove on YA material. I like sharing this kind of stuff with my youngest daughter; it’s fun. But the thing of it is not only does this dynamic duo climb into the pure essence of a young woman and does it in spades, but they craft a novel that is challenging, engaging and heartfelt. Tough to do but they made it look and feel easy and organic. The read is quick and moving in many ways. I am a bit surprised by the number of emotionally moving reads I have had lately. Great stuff, check this novel out, it is worth the investment in time and self.
