A South African Published Islamic Book Titled "Is Standing While Praising Rasoolullah (SAW) Sunnah Or Biddah" Authored By: Sheikh Sayed Haroon Al Azhari and Published By CTIEC - Cape Town Islamic educational Centre, Has Been Launched in Many Parts Of The Country Including Major Cities Like Johannesburg , Durban , Cape Town.

The Cape Town Islamic Educational Centre Launched Their Latest Publication During The Course Of The Program Held At The Younus Family Residence On Sunday 24th February ,The Book Launch Was Well Attended By Males & Females , Not Forgetting The Line Of Ulema Who Were Present Including Mufti Mohammed Akbar Hazarvi , Moulana Sheik Noorul Ain, Moulana Sayed Imraan Ziyaee & Many Other Ulema.

Presently We Are Living In A Time In Which We Are Surrounded With Turmoil And Unrest. Dissension And Contention Is Widespread And Due To This There Are Many Speculations Regarding Certain Issues And Where The Truth Lies. Amongst The Many Issues, One Subject Which Arouses Many A Debate Is ,”Is Standing While Praising Rasoolullah (SAW) Sunnah Or Biddah”. The Main Objections Raised Against this Are Made By Those Who Claim That It Is Not Part Of Islam And That It Has No Base. This book is a Unique piece of literature based on The Holy Quraan and Authentic Sunnah and Sciences of Islamic Law, proving the “Permissibility of standing while sending Salawaat (Ashraql/Salaami) to revere our Beloved Master.”

According To A Source On Authors.com , Orders For The Books Were Already Being Processed Since The Official Release Announcement Of The Publication Made On Major Social Networks A Week Prior To The Launch .

Over 100 Of Books Were Sold On The Launch Only In Lenasia South , Many More Books Were Sold and Is Still on Sale In other Areas Around South Africa. All Johannesburg Stock Was Sold Out Within Minutes Of The Launch.

Sheikh Sayed Haroon Al Azhari, is a young yet vibrant scholar who is born in Lenasia , South Of Johannesburg in South Africa , He began his quest for Islamic Sacred Knowledge at a very tender age at the Pretoria Islamic Educational Centre in 1997.

After graduating in Shari’ah Studies in 2004 he furthered his education in Egypt mainly at the world renown University Al Azhar Shareef. While his Stay in Egypt he completed his Classical Arabic Studies through the Ministry of Education under the tutelage of distinguished Azhari Drs.

He simultaneously studied at Al Azhar, deepening his Knowledge in moderate Islamic thought, resulting in obtaining his degree in “Integrated Ideology”.
Sheikh was graduated in 2012 by the Minister of Higher Education in Egypt on completion of his B.A Hons in Islamic Law at the Al Azhar University. May Allah grant Sheikh long life to continue benefiting the Ummah.
His now holds position of Head Of Department in the CTIEC - Cape Town Islamic Educational Centre based in Eagles Park .

Sheikh Sayed Haroon Al Azhari’s works are based on The Holy Quraan and Authentic Sunnah which is very instrumental in correcting the thoughts of many, helping them return to the true Aqeedah of Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jama’ah.
