Burden of Blood Wenona Hulsey

Busy day, busy week, oh man,I have thought long and hard on what I want to try to say about this novel. Here is the thing, I am fortunate to read a lot of different stuff, not just in form but in genre. This novel just stands apart from anything I have read of late, what type of words should I use, how should I say it? Let’s get to the synopsis first and I can ponder it a bit more:

I am fortunate, and I mean this sincerely, to get advanced reads on many of the novels, digital short stories and novellas I get to post on. It is a privilege and an honor that I don’t take lightly. When I had this in my hands it was just like having a slice of fun, of liberation, reading this insightful, provocative and truly original narrative definitely put a smile on my face. So much so my wife was wondering what I was enjoying so much, she read it when I was done. Yes, she gave it an enthusiastic thumbs up also. Today I told her I am grooving on the latest Brad Thor novel, but once she read the jacket told me it wasn’t her speed, I knew that, but hey, you never know.

My suggestion people, if you are looking, and I mean hungering for a really good read, something that is going to keep you riveted to your ereader, making those thumbs jump on the button, that will make you defy your usual genre choices, then download this novel; there is no burden in reading this at all. The only blood involved may be from the blisters you get from clicking the pages too fast. Enjoy.
