Authors, Writers, Publishers, and Book Readers
Like the clown cover? Yeah that is me. The clown element to this digital short story is just one component of the story. The real deal here is family, and what each other will do when the chips are down. It is very interesting dynamic here in a short amount of space, well composed, well defined and well plotted. Can one ask for much more out of a short story and $.99? I think not.
Here is the brief synopsis of “Disappearing Act”:
“When fugitive Kevin Markinson honors his dying mother’s wish to see him, he finds himself trapped in the hospital. He comes up with a creative escape, thanks to a visiting clown.”
Personally I have enjoyed each piece of J.E. Seymour that I have been able to read. She is also the author of “Lead Poisoning” which I have read and posted on previously. Please feel free to check the Gelati’s Scoop archives for my thoughts on that full length novel. To sum this up , my thoughts are this: I enjoy this authors work and look for more from her, hopefully that will be very soon, I don’t want to read about her pulling a disappearing act herself, she is to good an author.
