fallen angel pray

fallen angel pray to the God above,

"what is this thing humans call love?"

"i broke my promise to you Lord to serve you night and day,

have mercy on your servant Lord as i kneel down and pray,

the beauty that has made me fall to the ground bellow,

called to me one night as she sobbed on her pillow.

'angel of God come to me and love me for all time'

i came to her at sun rise as the day began to shine,

we laughed ,we danced,she cried no more.

she grasped her heart then fell to the flloor,

'love me my angel,take me to my home above'

again i ask dear Lord what is this thing humans call love,

i payed a price when i left your glory,

to live on earth til the end of mans story,

i am your servant for all time,

i'll be here til i hear you chime."
