Who he is:
Fang Yang is second-in-command of the assassin unit and the only person in Instinct to have a perfect killing record. He has the ablitiy to phase through anything which allows him to even reach into his victims' bodies. He by personality can't stand those that are corrupted and thinks of them as monsters that must be destory.

Fang has little respect for Dakila and Dewei, who he only think of as idiots. While with Eun Sun he is very loyal to her every word as she is the only one he believes besides a certain someone that can help him with his true goal.
