The car sped past
The glittering neon signs
Flickering lights
Of an evil city.

The walking wounded
Crowded busy streets
Empty eyes
Empty laughter.

Running from random bullets
They scattered fast
Buying bangles
Buying shoes.

Today is here
Tomorrow might never be
So hurry on
Roll up the glass.

I was with you until the roll up the glass line right at the end. What were you conveying there? You need to excuse me asking. I'm not very well this week.

Kay, I may be way off here: roll up the glass I assumed referred to a car window. Very clever actually. Nice job, Sabena. I hope you share more with us. :)
