My rough draft of my book. I have finished about three chapters but i have not typed them up yet.

Yep it was that time of the month again. The time when me and my twin brother would switch parents and visit the other for a week. I never liked it because when you visited my dad he spent the first hour with you then passed you off to the nanny so he could work and i hated not being able to be with Jamie. If you ask me my mom should have won full custody of me and Jamie but things never work out the way you think they should. I can tell you my life hasn't.

Hi my name is Clarissa Lycan and this is where my story begins.

I was on the plane to my dads house when i saw a man sitting across from me. He had a black cloak on with the hood up. All i could see was his eyes and he was staring right at me. I turned away from him and when i looked back over my shoulder he was gone. I turned back in my seat thinking i imagined it and there he was in the seat next to me. I felt a scream building in my throat but it never came when i looked into his eyes they were white no pupils or anything. After seeing those eyes the whole world fell away.

I don't remember much after that but waking up in the hospital. Someone was holding my hand but i wasn't sure who. When i turned my head to see who it was my heart skipped a beat. It was jamie.

Hey i said.

Hey sleepyhead i was beginning to think you were out for good he laughed. Not a laugh like he acually thought it was funny no this was like he was trying to hold something back.

It was so good to see him and hear his voice. I tried to hold back the tears but one slipped out. Before i could wipe it away jamie bent down and kissed the tear and whispered in my ear "I am here and not going anywhere".

I locked my arms around his neck and let it all go the shock of seeing him,the man on the plane,it just felt so good to feel safe again. Jamie held onto me and let me cry it out. It had been almost a whole month since i had seen him last and it felt like an eternity our bond was so deep it was almost like we would be in phisical pain if the other got hurt and to say the truth that did happen when we were kids. I finally got the crying to stop about five or six minutes later by that time he had put me on his lap and i was laying against his chest. I finally spoke a few minutes later.

So when are you going back to mom's house? I asked affraid of the answer.

I came here with mom he said.

What? i was confused.

After i got to mom's house dad called and said you were in the hospital and we got on a plane and flew out we never stopped once untill we knew you were safe. he replied.

So where is dad? Did he go back to work already? I had to ask.

No he and mom are downstairs in the cafeteria.

Wait, i sat up so quickly my head spun a little. Are you telling me mom and dad are together without their lawyers? i asked a little shocked.

Yes he chuckled. They have both been good through this whole thing she doen't even blame him this time. He laughed again.

Wow thats a first i thought.

So did they say what's wrong with me so i can get out of here? I asked.

See thats the thing they have run every test possible and nothing is wrong. they even sent out a pregnancy test. I told them that was a waste they didn't listen. He laughed.

My cheeks burned i hated when he talked about me being a virgin.

So i can go home then? No more tests? I asked.

Well they want to keep you overnight for observation.

Can you stay with me? I asked in a small voice.

He laughed at me. Of course i can stay if i couldn't they would have kicked me out when visiting hours were over.

VIsiting hours what time is it? I asked.

Umm cam it is almost 2:30AM. he replied.

What time did my plane land? i asked still skocked at how late it was.

Almost 10pm you got the royal treatment you were escorted by some guy in a cloak off of the plane he carried you out i guess he was sitting across from you and saw you pass out. Then you were taken to the hospital in an ambulance sirens blaring all the way they kept almost loosing you they said nothing was wrong but your body tempurature would not stay up it kept dropping so low they had to shock you a few times i guess. He shuddered under me.

After hearing what happened i was so scared the doctor was going to tell me we lost you he hugged me a little tighter i could never bear the thought.

I layed there for i don't know how long then i heard jamie start to snore just a little like he used to when he was really tired. I grabbed the blanket off the bed and wrapped it around both of us and fell asleep feeling safe and warm.
