Alan, how do you find their customer service/support side? I heard that the after sales side wasn't that great from a lady who also has a book there. Has that been your experience too? I never judge a place by the word of one person as they may be the sole one with that opinion.

Kay, I have no complaints! Problems come up now and then, but they've dealt with everything as well as I could expect. We have other choices - and it seems like there's more of these self-publishing sites every day - but I'm completely satisfied with Lulu.
