Francesca, I have a technical question. How do you get that small picture-in-picture with Skype like in your video? Last time I used it it was all different with a picture above and below. I like yours much better. I don't use Skype much so I'm not that used to the settings. Thanks!

Hi Scribbler - I use a particular software designed to record these video skype calls and there are three or four different settings - I like this one as I want the interviewee to be dominant. On skype itself I'm not sure but mine seems to automatically set to this way of viewing - but the above video was recorded using Replay Telecorder.
