How to sharpen your writing sword

Anybody read this? I think some writers get to this "know it all" stage in their career and don't appreciate how damaging that can be to their creativity and their writing. We should never stop learning and observing. As Ali said there, "No matter how good you get, there’s always another step to take." We shouldn't rest on our laurels.
