Eavesdrop and write it down from memory -- gives you a stronger sense of how people talk and what their concerns are. :) I think that one may be a bit rude, but she does kind of have a point!
It's only rude if you get caught. ;) Practice looking angelic while doing so and you never will. I eavesdrop all the time when I'm in public places. People are fascinating, and I'm nosy. It's a match made in heaven LOL.

Lol, sounds like you two are perfect for each other! :) And especially at the mall, I mean some of the things you can hear there can be a bit odd, but still inspiring! That is, unless it's a very large guy who looks like he's in a gang or something swearing at the top of his lungs, but other than that it's kind of funny what people say! :)
