Authors.com

Authors, Writers, Publishers, and Book Readers

I was thinking today about how big the internet is and the vastness of its reach. And then I pondered on how we all find our little corners of happiness on the web. Authors.com is definitely one of mine! So tell me, how did you get here initially and discover our fab community? :D

I had started helping someone edit their book and began searching for support in writing and publishing.  Found authors.com from a search engine and have very much appreciated the support when I've posted questions, etc.  Thanks Kay!!  You're one of the blessings for me on authors.com!!!

Aww, bless you Margi. Thanks! :D It's a pleasure for me to have you in my life too. You and I are long overdue one of those long chats, buddy! When life settles down for us both we need to do that.

Betty, it wouldn't be the same without your enthusiasm around here! Glad you did. :) I wanted to ask you: did you draw your avatar? If so, can I see a bigger version please? I think I remember you saying you liked to draw.

I have always been into writing. Last summer i was staying wiht me aunt. She worked suring the day so there was really nothing to do besides aimlessly roam the internet and surf HBO movies on demand. Well i was looking for a place to express my writing and i put in different websites in the URL search box thingy. I put in writers.com books.org and authors.com and i found it(; Haha its destiny((=
I was invited by author Lori Moore!

well, i needed help in publishing my book and what did the public like and dislike, my family isn't really into me being an author. but anyway then i found authors.com and it has helped me a lot. asome right?
