Here's a contraversial one, but it's very close to my heart.
A dieing wish.
Never have I seen the sky
Never have I heard the rustling of the oak
Never have I smelled the sweetness of a rose
Never have I seen the beauty abound
That has been right before my eyes
Blind I’ve been all my life
But now as I die
I see it all so clearly
Grieve not for me
Celebrate my memory
Take in the wonder that is life
When I pass
Watch a sunset
Feel the wind on your skin
Taste the salt of the sea on your tongue
And live life
Like I would if I had another chance
