I have been researching the Sims family via ancestry.com.
Rhea Sims Hunter was my paternal grandmother.
Edwin Sims, father of Stephen and Walter, was Rhea's grandfather. Reginald Sims is from Walter's line; Rhea Sims was the daughter of Stephen H. Sims, of Bay City, Michigan.
I am wondering about Pauline Flagler. Is she related to the Flaglers who owned The Breakers in West Palm Beach etc., and of Standard Oil, RRs and so forth?
Reverend Elder Walter Sims is profiled in Captain Augustus H. Gansser's big book HISTORY OF BAY CITY MICHIGAN, MICHIGAN AND REPRESENTATIVE CITIZENS (Chicago, 1905), along with Edwin Sims and Alice Barrowclough. Judging from their progeny, Edwin & Alice were a dynamo.

Hello Diane.
Yes, Reginald Bunt Sims was my dad. He passed away some time ago. How did you know him?
